These Terms govern your use of mandamusprose.com and any templates or resources you purchase from us. By using this site, you agree to them.
1. Who We Are
MandamusProSe ("we", "us", "our") sells document templates and publishes educational guides about the federal Writ of Mandamus process for people experiencing USCIS immigration delays.
MandamusProSe is not a law firm. We are not attorneys, we do not practice law, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Purchasing our templates does not create an attorney-client relationship. See our Legal Disclaimer for detail.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.
3. What You Are Buying
Our products are digital documents: fillable templates, sample filings, checklists, and written instructions. They are general-purpose forms, not documents prepared for the facts of your case. You are responsible for:
- Deciding whether a mandamus action is appropriate for your situation;
- Confirming the current rules of the federal court you file in;
- Reviewing, completing, and correcting every document before filing;
- Meeting all filing deadlines, fees, and service requirements.
4. License and Permitted Use
On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased templates for your own immigration matter or that of an immediate family member.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the templates;
- Use the templates to provide services to third parties for a fee;
- Share your download links or account access with others;
- Remove copyright or attribution notices, or present the materials as your own work product.
All templates, guides, site copy, and design remain our intellectual property.
5. Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are payable at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
Litigation outcomes depend on facts, evidence, court practice, and judicial discretion. We do not promise that filing a mandamus action will resolve your case, shorten your wait, or succeed at all. Nothing on this site is a prediction or guarantee of any result.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunity, denied or delayed immigration benefits, court sanctions, dismissed filings, or attorney fees.
9. Third-Party Links
Our guides link to government sites, court resources, and other outside material. We do not control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The revision date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MandamusProSe operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
