This policy explains what information MandamusProSe collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information You Give Us
When you request a package or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name and email address;
- Details you choose to share about your immigration matter, such as case type, filing receipt date, or the nature of the delay;
- Messages you send to our support address.
Please do not send us documents containing your Alien Number, Social Security number, passport number, or other sensitive identifiers. We do not need them, and we ask you not to provide them.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we collect standard technical data through analytics: pages visited, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type, and time spent on a page. We use Google Analytics 4 for this.
3. Payment Information
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Card numbers are submitted directly to the processor. We never receive or store your full card details.
4. How We Use Information
- To deliver the templates and resources you requested;
- To respond to your questions and provide support;
- To send information about your order;
- To understand which guides are useful and improve the site's content;
- To detect abuse and keep the site secure;
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your immigration case details with advertisers.
5. Service Providers
We share data only with vendors that help us run the site, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Google Firebase — database and authentication infrastructure;
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement;
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security;
- Payment processors — transaction handling;
- Email providers — delivering order and support messages.
We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for essential site function and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may stop working if you do. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
7. Data Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal requirements. Inquiry and support messages are kept only as long as they are useful for assisting you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to opt out of marketing email, and to object to certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and the right to deletion; we do not sell personal information as that term is defined by California law. 10. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. International Visitors
Our infrastructure is based in the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top reflects the current version.
