Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Every product we sell is a digital document template that is delivered in full, immediately, as soon as your payment clears. Because the complete product can be viewed, downloaded, and copied at that moment, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

• Case outcome. Your mandamus case was dismissed, denied, delayed, or did not produce the result you hoped for. We never guarantee an outcome — see our Legal Disclaimer.
• Change of mind. You decided not to file, hired an attorney instead, or USCIS acted on your case after you purchased.
• Eligibility. You purchased without confirming that a mandamus action fits your situation.
• Errors in your filing. You edited, completed, or filed the documents incorrectly.
• Non-use. You purchased but never used the template.

2. Your Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before payment, every buyer must confirm that they understand this is a standardized self-help template delivered immediately as digital content, that all sales are final, and that by receiving immediate access they waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right that would otherwise apply to digital content. Your purchase is only processed after you give that consent.

3. Billing Errors

This policy covers the product — not billing mistakes. We will always correct a genuine billing error, meaning:

• You were charged more than once for the same order; or
• You were charged but never received access to the product you paid for.

Email support@mandamusprose.com with the email address used at checkout, your receipt number, and the purchase date. We review billing-error reports within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — billing errors are resolved quickly by email. Because this policy is disclosed and affirmatively accepted before every purchase, we contest chargebacks that contradict it, and accounts associated with such chargebacks lose access to purchased materials.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in effect on your purchase date applies to that purchase.
